Homes for bats

14 June 2025

Delighted to have the skills of a competent climber on the team to safely fix our new bat boxes in the perimeter woodland. These have been sourced and purchased as part of the plan for our Bats, Bugs and Meadows Project.

Elsewhere on the Field we continued with moving spoil from the pond perimeter and base. Think we’ve located the bottom now!

5 volunteers joined the work party on 14 June and 6 helped with watering and pond work on 26 June. Additional watering parties took place on 3 July.
